Nursery Curriculum

At KKIS, we believe in great beginnings. We know that hands-on experiences in nature help children grow stronger, smarter, and happier. We believe that part of a good education for young children is regular opportunities to connect with nature and the local environment. We also think that this is a time of critical growth in all areas of development: adaptive, cognitive, language, physical, and social. As such, children learn to care for themselves and others; they also begin to learn to care for the world around them.
The nursery helps children interact confidently with other adults and spend time in a learning environment that supports them in the following areas: Social, Emotional, Listening, Communication, Fine Motor, Attention Span, and Creativity.
